About the role
Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you will partner and work closely with stakeholders across the fund to design, develop, deliver and evaluate engaging learning solutions that build knowledge and capability.
This role is focused on learning design & delivery, eLearning development and capability uplift, supporting the delivery of the Learning & Development Strategy.,. You will work across a broad range of learning initiatives, identify training needs, influence learning outcomes and deliver solutions for employees and leaders to build organisational capability and support key business objectives.
Key accountabilities - Delivery and continuous improvement of Corporate Induction, LinkedIn Learning initiatives and other enterprise learning solutions
- Ensuring learning content remains relevant, engaging and aligned to business requirements
- Design, develop, facilitate and evaluate engaging learning solutions using adult learning principles and the ADDIE methodology.
- Further support and promote LinkedIn Learning and other learning initiatives across the organisation.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify capability needs and recommend effective learning solutions.
- Maintain learning systems (including ELMO), reporting, learning resources and compliance-related learning programs.
What will you bring? - Demonstrated experience designing, developing and implementing learning and development programs, including eLearning.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels, including senior leaders.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Experience applying the ADDIE framework and adult learning principles to create meaningful learning experiences.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems, learning technologies and content authoring tools such as Articulate 360.
