About the role

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Casual & Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our Jimmy Choo QVB boutique. If you thrive in a luxury environment, love connecting with clients, and have an eye for detail and styling, this could be your perfect fit.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering a world‑class boutique experience by:

• Creating exceptional, personalized customer experiences

• Driving sales and contributing to store KPIs

• Building strong client relationships and supporting clienteling initiatives, including appointment bookings

• Assisting with day‑to‑day store operations such as visual merchandising and stock activities

About you

• 2+ years’ experience in fashion retail (luxury experience an advantage)

• A strong understanding of specialty retail, including visual merchandising and store operations

• Confident computer and POS skills

• A natural ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships

• Flexible working hours
