A great opportunity is now available for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Operations Director / Director of Nursing Casey and Operations Manager Emergency & Intensive Care Unit Casey
About the Role
In this full-time, permanent role based at Casey Hospital you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Operations Director / Director of Nursing Casey and Operations Manager Emergency & Intensive Care Unit Casey
You will work closely with these leaders to coordinate day-to-day operations, assist with managing priorities across Casey site, prepare documentation and reports, and support communication between internal and external stakeholders.
The Personal Assistant plays an integral role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day schedules and operations, while also contributing to efficient, patient-centred service delivery.
