We're looking for a Physiotherapist who wants more than just a job. Someone who wants to belong to something, develop as a clinician, build strong friendships with their patients and colleagues, and genuinely enjoy coming to work.

You'll have access to 1:1 mentoring, regular professional development, a $500 annual PD allowance, excellent facilities and a broad caseload across private, MVA, Workers' Compensation, DVA, Medicare/EPC and NDIS.

And importantly — no weekends.

We're looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is:

• Keen to continue developing clinically

• Comfortable working autonomously

• Organised and motivated

• Someone who values relationships, teamwork and doing things properly

• Someone who wants to be part of a team, not just work alongside one

You don't need to have everything figured out.

We'd rather have the right person with the right attitude than the perfect résumé.

Improve Physiotherapy is an independent clinic in Duncraig, WA, led by Physiotherapist Andrew Georgy.
