About the role
About the role
As a Support Worker, you will assist clients in their own homes to help them remain independent and maintain their quality of life. You will provide person-centred support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity and quality of life.
Key responsibilities
Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
Social support and companionship
Assistance with shopping, transport and appointments
About you
Takes pride in delivering high-quality care
Demonstrates respect, honesty, and professionalism
Has a positive and caring attitude
Is committed to supporting clients to live independently in their homes
Completed a minimum of Certificate III in Individualised Support, Home & Community Services, Aged Care or equivalent
Current drivers' licence
Current First Aid Certificate & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
Manual Handling Certificate
Reliable motor vehicle (including valid registration & full comprehensive insurances)
Police Clearance or valid NDIS Clearance Check
Smartphone mobile device with access to data/internet, and experience using systems / mobile applications
