About the role:

Car Mods Australia and 4x4 Mods Australia is seeking a Ecommerce Catalogue Manager to join our team of 40+ staff. The successful applicant will become an integral member of our growing team. As an Ecommerce Catalogue Manager you will be responsible for maintaining the catalogue of products on our website. This will include adding new brands to our site and refreshing existing brands with improved images, descriptions, vehicle fitment and other elements to ensure our online store always has the most in-depth and up to date product information. This process is carried out via bulk imports and API connections using pre-existing workflows and systems, you will be trained on these systems but should bring prior experience from a similar prior role so you pick these up quickly. You will have a team of people who will assist you with the bulk of the technical work with your primary focus on project management and roll out of the updates once the data is ready for import.

You will be responsible for ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are inline with company growth plans under the direction of our Ecommerce Manager, working within a team of 4 people in your department.

Personal Skills & Experience:

• It is absolutely mandatory that you are an organised, methodical and thorough person

• You must be an analytical problem solver

• 3+ years of technical skills and experience in excel, all major web platforms and ecommerce in general is mandatory

• Effeciency driven, always optimising and finding streamlined solutions

• Enjoy a fast paced environment and capable of managing/prioritising a lot of smaller tasks at the same time without being overwhelmed

• Self starter & positive team player

• Experienced in working with offshore teams, able to communicate clearly with them, scope out tasks and make sure they adhere to deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the accuracy of our catalogue, including product and fitment data

• Scope tasks to a small offshore team in a concise and detailed manner, ensuring deliverables are accurate and on-time

• Quality control of all updates that go live on our website

• In collaboration with all team members, sustain and drive a high performing results-driven culture
