We believe in embodying the average young, bold and fearless Australian female, ever-evolving as she is! We're seeking a passionate Casual Sales Assistant to join the Pilgrim Team at our Myer Warringah Mall

We're looking for a high-energy, casual sales assistant with the ability to provide our loyal customers with outstanding service authentically and who can bring a positive vibe to the team.

As a Pilgrim Casual sales assistant, you will;

• Recognise the role of the customer + your relationship with them

• Have a natural love + enthusiasm for fashion retail

• Be a passionate seller because of your love for our product

• Have exceptional customer service skills and integrity

• Have high standards of personal presentation

• Possess strong time management skills.

As the ideal Casual sales assistant, you may have;

• Some previous experience in fashion retail or hospitality

• Know how to achieve store sales targets + KPI's

• Have an eye for both personal and store styling

• A flair for creating

• Continuously challenge yourself to succeed

• Self-motivated and driven by achieving success

• Thrive in a dynamic team environment

• Flexible with your availability

• Be able to travel to other Myer Pilgrim locations

• Must be able to work Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday- late nights.
