Administration Assistant

• Time sheet processing and data entry
• Raising facility maintenance/scheduled service purchase orders
• Reception cover
• Raising purchase order staff consumables such as stationary, uniform orders & crib room supplies.
• Updating and maintaining databases and systems
• Any other duties as required 

• Certificate IV in Business Administration OR at least 3 years relevant administrative experience
• Timesheet entry and expense claim experience
• High level organisational skills
• Able to process/enter and maintain large volumes of data
