We’re looking for reliable, motivated Process Workers to join our teams in Preston.

You’ll work on production lines, complete hands-on tasks, and help keep things moving safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Be part of a supportive team that values quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

• Operate production lines and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Complete safety checks and report any potential issues or hazards.

• Ensure products are made to specification and complete all quality checks per SOPs.

• Record production and quality data accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in your work area.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.

• Assist with changeovers, assembly, and alternate duties during downtime.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across production operations.

• Safety and quality focused with strong attention to detail.

• Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.

• Willing to learn, develop skills, and follow standard operating procedures.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Flexible to work overtime or shift rosters as required.

• Experienced in manufacturing, production, or machine operation (desirable but not essential).
