Receptionist

We are a busy public practice accounting firm seeking a full time Receptionist who brings professionalism, organisation and warmth to our front desk - all with a friendly smile.

The role:

• Answering the telephone in a polite, timely and efficient manner

• Conveying messages promptly

• Booking appointments and diary management

• Developing excellent rapport and providing exceptional service to customers

• Document and correspondence preparation

• Mail, incoming and outgoing

• Working with a wide range of electronic and IT applications

• Data entry

• Ad hoc administration projects

What we need in you: 

• A positive, friendly and outgoing disposition (this is non-negotiable - we want our clients feeling welcome as soon as they walk through our doors)

• A go getter attitude who is happy to take on whatever is thrown at them

• Well developed organisational and time management capabilities

• Ability to deal with all types of customers and build strong customer relationships

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• Experience working with a range of IT applications and software

• Ability to work as a team
