We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our new clinic in Manly. In this role you will support a number of GPs, allied health providers, nurses and reception staff.

As Practice Manager for Nuvo Health, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the medical centre. You'll work closely with our doctors, nurses and administrative team to maintain operational excellence, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure outstanding patient care.

Candidates must have Australian work rights at the time of application.

Your key areas of responsibility include:

• Maintaining the stability and efficiency of daily operations

• Leading and developing staff to build a strong, collaborative culture

• Overseeing regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements

• Supporting and managing practitioner relationships

We're looking for someone who takes pride in leading by example, solving problems proactively, and creating a welcoming and organised environment.

You will bring:

• People & Leadership Skills: A natural communicator and effective leader with sound judgment, commercial awareness, and the ability to inspire your team.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of management or leadership experience is required.

• Day to day management experience: A proven record in running day-to-day business operations within a health care environment or similar, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Hands-On Approach: A team player with a "can-do" attitude, willing to roll up your sleeves and support your team when needed.
