We are seeking a Nurse/Midwife Clinical Coordinator to lead Continuous Quality Improvement to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide guidance and support to PHC staff on quality improvement procedures, clinical standards, and systems. The ideal candidate will also assist in managing resources, including procuring standard clinical equipment and developing and implementing guidelines to improve operational efficiency.

The successful applicant will have:

• Current Registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia or eligible for same

• Graduate Certificate beyond entry-to-practice relevant to speciality area

• Experience driving a manual vehicle and be eligible to obtain a NT Drivers Licence

• Willingness to travel to remote communities by 4WD or light aircraft on a regular basis and stay for up to a week as required.
