All Points Conveyancing and Cheltenham Conveyancing are two connected and growing conveyancing businesses based in Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs. We've guided thousands of clients through the process of buying, selling and building, taking care of the paperwork so they can focus on what matters to them. We've built our reputation as a genuinely local business, largely through client word of mouth, and our team takes real pride in maintaining that standard. Our office is close to transport and shopping, with free parking available.

We're looking to welcome a Junior Receptionist / Conveyancing Clerk to our team: someone who will represent our business as the first point of contact for our clients.

This is an entry-level opportunity. No prior industry experience is required — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most. Full training will be provided.

This is a full-time role based in our Wheelers Hill office.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

●         Answering phones and directing calls

●         Collecting basic client details

●         Photocopying, scanning and filing

●         Opening and closing files

●         Data entry

●         Assisting the team with management of email inboxes

Salary negotiable, based on experience.
