Bookings & Sales Manager

We’re Australia’s largest tattoo studio company, and we’re looking for a confident, friendly and people-focused Sales & Bookings Manager to join our growing team. 

We believe great client relationships start with the first conversation. From the initial enquiry through to the appointment, we want every client to feel welcomed, understood and genuinely looked after.

You’ll be at the centre of that experience — connecting with clients, understanding what they’re looking for and helping match them with the right artist and studio.

What you’ll do

• Manage bookings and enquiries across multiple tattoo studios

• Speak with clients via phone, Instagram and online channels

• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings

• Build genuine relationships with new and returning clients

• Help clients find the right artist for their tattoo

• Work closely with tattoo artists and studio managers

• Manage booking systems and client information

• Follow up with clients and ensure a smooth booking journey

• Work towards sales and conversion KPIs

• Help continually improve our customer experience

What we’re looking for

You’re someone who:

• Has 3+ years’ experience in sales, customer service, bookings, hospitality or a similar role

• Is confident, friendly and naturally good with people

• Knows how to build rapport and communicate with different personalities

• Enjoys working towards goals and achieving results

• Is organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Has great attention to detail

• Brings positive energy and personality to the workplace

• Has an interest in tattoos, art and creative industries

Tattoo industry experience isn't required — we’ll teach you about our artists, styles and processes.
