The Role

Care Service Employee- Full Time- Young- Must be available to work across all shifts (AM, PM, Nights)

Young Residential Aged Care is seeking a reliable and flexible Full-Time Care Service Employee (CSE) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with recent aged care experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to a positive resident experience. You will be a strong team player, committed to providing high-quality support services, and available to work a variety of shifts at short notice. You will be responsible for:

• Assisting residents with personal care including showering
• Supporting residents with meals
• Contributing to care planning with registered staff
• Documenting care and services provided to residents
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities

• Minimum requirements - Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support/ 2nd year Nursing students who have completed 1 placement.
• Experience in similar role in aged care
• A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly people
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Respect for all people, regardless of background, age, gender, religion and ethnicity
• Flexible to do AM/PM and night shifts
