The opportunity:
Assist in developing and monitoring detailed construction programmes and schedules to ensure timely project delivery.Coordinate and schedule technical activities on site while ensuring construction is carried out in accordance with plans, specifications, relevant codes, and quality standards.Manage subcontractors and service suppliers to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard within project timelines.Liaise with project teams, consultants, architects, and engineers to resolve technical issues and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Manage project documentation, including RFIs, drawing registers, specifications, and compliance records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.Support a strong safety culture through active participation in site safety initiatives and adherence to HSE requirements.Bachelor Degree in Construction or Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent trade experiencePrevious experience in a site based roleUnderstanding of the principles of engineering, construction and architectureConstruction White Card & Asbestos AwarenessPrevious experience using systems such as AutoCAD, CHEOPS
