About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and our workshop team. You will ensure every customer receives professional, efficient, and transparent service from booking through to vehicle collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and managing service bookings

• Understanding customer needs and accurately documenting vehicle concerns

• Liaising with technicians and communicating workshop progress updates

• Preparing quotes and explaining recommended repairs and maintenance

• Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person

• Coordinating vehicle drop-offs and collections

• Processing service invoices and payments

• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every interaction

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor, customer service, administration, or automotive role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• A professional and positive attitude

• Ability to multitask in a busy environment

• High attention to detail

• Proficiency with computer systems and dealership software (preferred)

• A valid driver's licence
