About the role
The Quality & Risk Coordinator plays an important role in supporting excellence, safety and continuous improvement across the Engineering Services department. Reporting to the Manager, Engineering Services, you will help ensure the department meets the requirements of the SA Pathology Quality Management System, as well as relevant policies, procedures, regulatory obligations and accreditation and certification standards. You’ll be a valued contributor to a culture where quality is embedded in everyday practice and where people are supported to deliver reliable, high-quality services.
In this role, you’ll facilitate and maintain the Engineering Services Quality Management System in line with NATA accreditation requirements, while providing a dedicated risk coordination service to the department. Working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders, you’ll help identify opportunities for improvement, strengthen risk management and ensure quality requirements remain front of mind. This is an opportunity to bring your organisational skills, attention to detail and commitment to quality to a role where your contribution will make a meaningful difference to the way Engineering Services operates.
About You
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused professional who brings strong biomedical engineering expertise, quality and risk management capability, and a collaborative approach to working across a multidisciplinary environment.
