Fence installer/labourer

About the Role

As a Fence Installer / Labourer, you’ll be involved in all aspects of fence construction and installation, working on a variety of projects including:

• Timber fencing

• Colorbond fencing

• Rural fencing

• Chainwire fencing

• Feature fencing

• Gates and custom fencing solutions

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Operating power tools and equipment safely.

• Measuring, setting out and constructing fences.

• Loading and unloading materials.

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised worksite.

• Working as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable with a strong work ethic.

• Physically fit and enjoys working outdoors.

• Current driver’s licence required.

• Manual driver’s licence required (all company vehicles are manual).

• White Card preferred or willing to obtain.

• Fencing or construction experience is a bonus.

• Experience using power tools is highly regarded.

• Honest, punctual and able to work well within a team.

• Takes pride in producing quality workmanship.

This is a full-time, long-term position with opportunities for ongoing development. Remuneration will be discussed with the successful applicant and will be based on experience, skills and suitability for the role.
