The Opportunity

As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the Manly store’s performance and culture, leading from the front to inspire both your team and customers.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Driving sales and exceeding store targets

• Creating exceptional customer experiences

• Coaching, developing and motivating your team

• Building a high-performance culture

• Managing roster and store operations

• Recruiting and developing future retail talent

• Delivering strong commercial results while protecting the customer experience

About You

You’re a natural leader who thrives in a customer-focused environment.

You’ll bring:

• Previous Store Management experience in fashion, lifestyle, swimwear or premium retail

• A proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Strong leadership and coaching skills

• High energy, positivity and resilience
