New, Regal is looking for Site Managers to lead Regal staff and projects.

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead commercial landscaping and civil projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering high-quality landscapes that shape communities. Our expected salary range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000 per annum plus superannuation.

As a Site Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the success of our projects and ensuring seamless execution.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from site preparation to completion, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

• You have proven experience in commercial landscaping and/or civil construction
• You possess strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
• You're revised in interpreting plans, specifications, and project documentation
• You have relevant qualifications and a White Card
• You have a current Drivers Licence and the ability to travel to various sites
