About the Role

We'll work with you to find an arrangement that suits your life outside the clinic as much as your career inside it. Before stepping into your own caseload, you'll have to option to complete a paid shadowing/intern role alongside our senior physiotherapists. It's a chance for you to see how we do things, ask questions and get a sense of the LifeStrong community. It also gives us the chance to make sure it feels like the right fit for everyone.

You won't be expected to become a copy of your mentors. Our role is to help you build the knowledge, confidence and clinical reasoning to become the best version of you as a clinician. We'll guide you, challenge you and support you, while encouraging you to develop your own style, strengths and approach to patient care.

We believe a great career should also be sustainable. We aim to create a schedule that balances the needs of our patients, our team and your life outside the clinic. Our senior physiotherapists on hand for support, second opinions and reassurance whenever you need it. • Qualification: A recent graduate or new graduate physiotherapist (or final-year student approaching graduation), eligible for AHPRA registration.

• Character: Genuine kindness, humility and respect towards patients and teammates alike.

• Curiosity: A real willingness to learn, ask questions and grow as a clinician.

• Fit: Someone who wants to feel at home in a close-knit clinic and is excited to become part of the LifeStrong family.
