Delivery, Installation & Service Technician – Adjustable Beds

European Bedding is looking for a practical, reliable and customer-focused Delivery, Installation & Service Technician to join our Perth team.

This is a varied, hands-on role working with premium adjustable beds, mattresses and healthcare equipment. You'll be responsible for delivering and professionally installing equipment in clients' homes and healthcare facilities, as well as carrying out servicing, repairs and basic fault-finding.

Previous experience servicing adjustable beds is not required — product and technical training will be provided. We're looking for someone who is mechanically minded, enjoys practical problem-solving and takes pride in doing a job properly.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver, assemble and install adjustable beds, mattresses and associated healthcare equipment

• Set up equipment correctly and ensure clients are comfortable with its operation

• Carry out servicing, repairs and basic fault-finding following training

• Safely lift, carry and manoeuvre beds, mattresses and equipment

• Work independently and alongside a small, experienced team

• Maintain a professional and respectful manner when working in clients' homes and healthcare environments

• Take care of company equipment, tools and vehicle

About You

You'll suit this role if you're practical, mechanically minded and comfortable working with your hands, while also enjoying dealing with people.

Experience in areas such as equipment servicing, installation, furniture assembly or delivery, mobility or healthcare equipment, appliances, mechanical work or another practical hands-on role would be well regarded.

You will need:

• A current Australian driver's licence

• Good practical and problem-solving skills

• The physical capability to safely handle and manoeuvre beds and mattresses

• Reliability, attention to detail and a strong safety mindset

• Good communication skills and a professional, friendly manner

• The ability to work independently and manage your day effectively

• Secure off-street parking for the company vehicle

What We Offer

• $70,000–$80,000 + superannuation

• Company vehicle provided

• Monday to Friday role — no FIFO or mining work

• Normal hours of 9:00am–5:00pm, with occasional earlier or later starts
