The roleThis position sits within our Endoscopy business unit and is responsible for actively promoting and supporting the adoption of our Endoscopy product portfolio, working closely with customers in theatre.This role covers all of Western Australia and South Australia.
Responsibilities will include:Achieving territory targetsBuilding strong relationships with key stakeholdersDelivering product demonstrations, clinical support, and in-service educationIdentifying new business opportunities and growing existing accountsDeveloping and executing territory and call plansMaintaining accurate records and forecasts in Salesforce CRMCollaborating with the Business Unit Manager and internal teamsAttending theatres, customer meetings, and industry events
About youExperience in medical device sales or a related healthcare sales roleTheatre experience is essentialEndoscopy experience is highly regardedConfidence building close, trusted customer relationshipsValid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularlyComfortable spending the majority of your week on the road and in theatreStrong territory planning and time management skillsSalesforce (or similar CRM) proficiencyTenacious, collaborative and open to feedback
