Famaso Pty Ltd FAMASO is seeking an experienced Service Manager to plan, organise and control the operations of our cleaning division across commercial, retail, education, health and government sites in South Australia (metro and regional). Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you manage a team of Site Supervisors and their crews, and hold overall accountability for service delivery, job planning and resourcing, budgets and pricing, safety and quality systems, client relationships and contract performance.

Service & Operations Management Plan, schedule and control cleaning services across a portfolio of sites and contracts — establish each job in FM Farm, allocate resources and set delivery programs once the PO is received. Induct and develop Site Supervisors; set performance standards, review site results and manage underperformance Manage job budgets, labour costs and procurement of materials, chemicals, PPE and equipment; prepare pricing and quotations for client requests and variations Program & Project Delivery Direct periodical and deep-cleaning programs for hospitals, schools and shopping centres, including holiday shutdowns, from mobilisation through to sign-off Oversee delivery of larger projects — pressure washing, post-construction cleans and floor stripping and sealing — ensuring they run to program and budget Ensure work-at-heights services, including high dusting and window and façade cleaning, are planned, resourced and delivered safely using the right equipment (MEWPs, boom lifts, water-fed poles) Support the expansion of drone façade cleaning alongside the Working Drone team Client, Commercial & Compliance Own client relationships across the portfolio, service reviews, progress reporting, variations and sign-offs Ensure WHS compliance across all sites, SWMS, risk assessments, inductions, toolbox talks and incident management and drive a strong safety culture through your supervisors Approve job close-outs for invoicing, maintain accurate contract records, and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts

What You'll Need

At least five years' experience in commercial and/or periodical cleaning, including at least two years managing supervisors or teams across multiple client sites and contracts Demonstrated experience managing service delivery end to end, scheduling, budgets, procurement, quality and client reporting Strong technical knowledge of specialist cleaning services, periodical and deep cleaning, pressure washing, floor stripping and sealing, and work-at-heights methods (water-fed poles, MEWPs, boom lifts) Current High Risk Work Licence, EWP Licence, Working at Heights, White Card and

First Aid (essential); Working with Children Check and National Police Check, or ability to obtain Sound working knowledge of WHS obligations, SWMS and risk management, with experience holding site teams to compliance standards Proven ability to manage several contracts at once, work directly with clients and manage documentation through to sign-off Current Australian driver licence (Class C) and willingness to travel, including regional work.
