At Central Highlands Water, we believe technology should make people's working lives easier, more productive and more enjoyable. As an ICT Modern Workplace Officer, you’ll combine strong technical capability with an exceptional focus on customer experience. 

We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, brings positive energy to every interaction, and genuinely cares about creating outstanding experiences for the people they support. You will be a trusted partner to our employees, someone who is approachable, engaging and committed to finding solutions that make a difference. 

You bring energy, enthusiasm and a customer first mindset, and you're equally comfortable assisting someone with a simple question as you are helping solve a complex technical issue. 

As part of a small and highly collaborative team, you'll enjoy variety, take ownership, and have the opportunity to contribute across a broad range of technologies and services. 

No two days are the same at CHW. A glimpse of what you'll be doing: 

• Deliver exceptional service desk and end-user support experiences. 
• Support and administer Microsoft technologies including Intune, Entra and Microsoft 365. 
• Help maintain secure, reliable and compliant endpoint environments. 
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to improve technology services. 
• Contribute to technology projects and service improvement initiatives. 
• Play an active role in shaping how ICT services are delivered across CHW.

About you

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• A passion for customer service and customer experience. 
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 
• Demonstrated experience administering and supporting modern Microsoft platforms, including Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, endpoint security, application management, device compliance and vulnerability remediation. 
• Experience supporting users in an ICT environment. 
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. 
• A willingness to learn, adapt and work across a diverse technology landscape.
