In December 2025, the esteemed restaurateurs behind Marameo and Il Bacaro opened Bar Sophia – a relaxed and exclusive neighbourhood bar and dining spot inspired by the new-wave wine bars of Athens – nestled in the leafy surrounds of Central Park Village.

THE ROLE

• Supports kitchen setup and daily operational activities

• Ensures the kitchen consistently meets and surpasses top-quality standards

• Collaborates with the Head Chef on menu innovation and updates

• Consistently achieve the same standard of taste, quality, and presentation in every dish.

• Potential for professional growth and skill development in a professional kitchen setting

 ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years experience

• Strong communicator with a team-oriented mindset

• Strong knowledge and expertise in food safety protocols and kitchen practices

• Exceptional skills in managing time and multitasking efficiently

• High level attention to detail
