Capital Industry Group Pty Ltd is expanding! We work closely with utility companies and councils, delivering high-quality civil reinstatement, road construction, and maintenance projects. We’re looking for skilled Leading Hand, reliable, punctual, and responsible team members with a positive attitude who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are respectful to both team and clients.

Concreter

Responsibilities & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years’ concreting experience

• Leading Hand Skills and Reporting back to office

• High-quality screeding and finishing

• Experience with Kerb & Channel, Crossovers, and Footpaths

• Reliable, punctual, responsible, and a team player with a good attitude

• Ability to work independently and at a fast pace

• Respectful in all interactions with team and clients

• White Card (OH&S) – Essential

• Manual Driver’s License (Australian) – Essential

• Experience operating small machinery (concrete saws, hand tools)

• First Aid – Preferred

• Well presented

Bonus Skills:

• MR/HR Truck License (manual)

• Excavator experience

• Electrical Spotter Ticket

• Traffic Controller Ticket

• Proven leadership experience and ability to supervise a small team

• Plan and organise daily tasks efficiently

• Ensure quality and safety standards are met on-site

• Strong communication and decision-making skills
