• Delivering world-class events - we’re tipping you’ve heard of the May Racing Carnival!

• Operating the largest horse training facility in Southwest Victoria.

• Managing several highly engaged function spaces.

The Role:

This role is primarily responsible for the delivery of the WRC’s race day and non-race day events and functions. The successful candidate will have knowledge of and, ideally, a passion for events. You will have the ability to provide support in all aspects of the Club’s operations, where:

• You have experience working in a dynamic environment where organisation matters.

• You have amazing customer service which you consider a vital aspect of any role.

• You love analysing different aspects of the business and crunching the numbers.

• You’ll enjoy the opportunity to work with a fabulous group of Club sponsors.

• You are excited at the prospect of working on our key events.

We are looking for someone who is outgoing, cheerful and efficient, enjoys a variety of work and can communicate well at all levels. High attention to detail and good time management are essential.
