We are now seeking an experienced and commercially driven Cluster Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the sales and marketing strategy across two hotels in Perth: Holiday Inn Perth City Centre and Holiday Inn West Perth which are owned by Worldwide Hotels Group.

About the Role

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a dynamic hospitality professional to drive revenue growth, increase market share and elevate brand presence across two hotel properties.

As Cluster Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies that maximise occupancy, increase revenue and strengthen customer relationships. Working closely with the General Manager and hotel leadership team, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong partnerships and ensure both hotels remain competitive in the Perth market.

The successful candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, commercial acumen and relationship-building skills, with a passion for delivering results and driving business success.

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue, occupancy and market share targets across both hotels.
• Identify and secure new corporate, government, leisure, group and event business opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships to maximise account production and guest loyalty.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings and site inspections to promote both hotels.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and performance data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Manager, Cluster General Manager, and Hotel Manager to support pricing strategies and business planning.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and revenue generation.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, online presence, social media activity and promotional campaigns.
• Represent both hotels at industry events, networking opportunities and community engagements.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and business development plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with IHG sales teams and key industry partners.
• Ensure all sales and marketing activities align with IHG brand standards and business objectives.
• Lead, coach and support team members while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Contribute to budget planning and ensure effective management of sales and marketing expenditure.

• Proven experience in a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Director of Sales, Marketing Manager or similar hospitality leadership role.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales, distribution channels and marketing strategies.
• Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and growing market share.
• Experience developing and managing strategic client relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret business performance data.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience with digital marketing, social media and brand activation initiatives.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for hospitality.
• Experience within a branded hotel environment is highly desirable.
