Warehouse Worker – Part Time (Path to Full Time) | Crystal Factory

Crystal Factory is a fast growing online retailer of crystals, salt lamps and gemstone products, shipping orders across Australia and beyond. We're looking for a strong, reliable warehouse worker to join our small, hands on team. Immediate start

What you'll be doing:

• Picking, packing and preparing e-commerce orders for dispatch

• Unloading shipping containers and incoming stock deliveries

• Moving, lifting and stacking product (salt lamps, crystals and stone products can be heavy)

• Keeping the warehouse tidy, organised and safe

• Basic stock handling and inventory support

What we're looking for:

• Physically fit and strong, comfortable with regular heavy lifting

• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently

• Comfortable working part time hours to start, with genuine opportunity to move into a full time role as the business grows

• Warehouse, logistics or e-commerce fulfilment experience is a plus but not essential

• A good attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
