About the role:

We are seeking a well presented, highly motivated go-getter who will use their knowledge, client focus, drive and enthusiasm to connect people with property, all the while building a fulfilling long term residential real estate sales career. The successful applicant will be required to:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and related professionals
• Conduct property appraisals
• List and sell residential properties
• Conduct property inspections with prospective buyers
• Manage property marketing campaigns
• Provide exceptional communication to clients
• Prospect for new listing opportunities
• Manage the sales transaction from start to finish with the assistance of dedicated sales support staff
• Continuously educate yourself on the local real estate market and stay informed about industry trends
• Utilise technology and other tools to generate leads & stay organised

About you:

We are looking for an honest, experienced, disciplined and motivated sales consultant, preferably with a strong community network in the south-east corridor of Perth. The successful candidate will also require:

• A current Certificate of Registration
• Experience in the real estate industry in a sales role
• A proven ability to connect with people from different cultures within our local marketplace, including the ability to speak relevant languages other than English
• A current WA driver's license and reliable vehicle
• A hunger for delivering great results through outstanding customer service
• A proactive approach to prospecting, utilising different forms of media
• The ability to work as part of a fast paced, results driven team and contribute new ideas
