We have an exciting opportunity for a Support at Home Consultant to join our team to lead the development of Latrobe Community Health Service (LCHS) Support at Home (SaH) growth.
This is a unique position that will allow the successful applicant to be involved in expanding the business, with expert support from a well-established team. If you are motivated and committed to providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you
Responsibilities;
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our aged care services in Gippsland
Identify and engage with potential clients, including individuals and families seeking Support at Home Services
Ensure a smooth transition for clients by coordinating with internal teams during the onboarding process
Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and adjust sales strategies as needed
Deliver exceptional customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
To be successful, you will require;
A current Working with Children Check
A current drivers licence
