As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Wynnum dealership.

🔧 About The Role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and workshop team, ensuring a smooth, professional and friendly service experience.

Key Responsibilities Include

Welcoming customers and managing service bookingsProviding clear advice on servicing and maintenanceLiaising with technicians to ensure work is completed accurately and on timeKeeping customers informed throughout the dayPreparing job cards, invoices and maintaining accurate recordsManaging service check-outs and paymentsAssisting with warranty claims and service concerns

👤 About You

Previous Service Advisor experience (preferred but not essential)Strong customer service and communication skillsAutomotive or dealership experience (advantageous)Great time management and multitasking abilityPositive, solutions-focused attitude
