About Bondwoods

Bondwoods Transport (BWT) established in 1995 is a family owned and operated transport organisation that operates throughout Australia, with extreme pride in their fleet of over 50 prime movers - predominately Kenworth and 130 trailers comprising of flat tops, Skel's, side lifters and tautliners in combinations of Semi-trailers, B Doubles and Road trains.

About the Role

• Location: Park Ridge/Crestmead Industrial Estate, Queensland

• Permanent Full Time Position

• Roster involves working Monday to Friday and every second Saturday

• Maintaining, servicing, repairing our fleet of vehicles

• Heavy-duty engine diagnostics and repairs

• Diagnose break downs

• Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously with high attention to detail

• Maintain and repair light vehicles when necessary

• NHVAS - Maintenance Accredited

• Ensure job cards are completed promptly and accurately (via Gearbox)

Essential Requirements

• Trade Qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter

• Knowledge of Kenworth trucks essential

• Diagnostic knowledge of CAT, Cummins & Detroit Engines will be highly regarded

• Minimum 3 years post trade experience

• Dedicated commitment to Safety & Quality Assurance Policies

• Proven work history within the Heavy Diesel repair industry

• Current Qld “HR” Class drivers licence HC prefered
