Micronised Minerals Australia is a leading producer of high-quality bulk minerals, and we're looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operator to join our growing team.

In this hands-on role, you'll work alongside our Production Manager and a supportive team to keep our warehouse running smoothly every day. Your duties will include operating forklifts and other warehousing equipment, handling bulk minerals in 1-tonne bags, and assisting with product loading and unloading from trucks and general inventory movements.

This role is a full-time position, working day shifts with the possibility of overtime and mine-site work.

Role

• Day-to-day product inventory movements.

• Accurate and timely loading and unloading of deliveries.

• Operation of 2.5–3.5 tonne forklifts and a front-end loader.

• Mill operation for fine mineral production.

• Stock integrity management and weather protection of products.

• Completing delivery dockets and inventory records.

• Reporting equipment maintenance requirements.

• Clear communication and teamwork across the warehouse floor.

• Maintaining a clean, safe warehouse and yard in line with WHS requirements.

Qualifications & experience

• Australian Driver's Licence.

• Australian Forklift Licence (desirable).

• A willingness to learn, work hard, and be a reliable team member.

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

• Must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid work visa.
