Service Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Ultratune Campbelltown. This role is ideal for someone with a mechanical mindset who thrives in a customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns.

• Advise customers on required services and repairs, providing clear estimates.

• Schedule and manage bookings using the workshop booking system.

• Respond to online enquiries and emails.

• Handle customer phone enquiries.

• Coordinate with suppliers as required.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional office environment.

• Report directly to the Workshop Managers.

• Participate in training as provided.

Qualifications & Skills

• Mechanical knowledge preferred.

• Current driver’s Licence with manual transmission capability.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

Position Details

• Location: Ultratune Campbelltown

• Working Schedule: 6 days per week

• Reporting To: Workshop Managers

• Three-month probation period applies.

• Above Award wage

Training will be provided for the successful candidate.
