 Role 

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and reliable Educational Leader/2IC who wants to join our supportive team on Brisbane's Northside. In this role, you will work within our team of qualified early learning professionals to provide high-quality care for children, promote their learning and help them to develop key skills for the future. 

This is a great position for someone who has a passion for programme and practice as it will have lots of opportunities for professional growth including paid programming, study, training, and development. This position is ideal for a senior educator that wants the training and support to progress in their career.

This is a part-time position and applicants need to be willing to learn and contribute to a caring, play-based environment.

 Skills and Experience 

• Hold or be studying a Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent

• Current Blue Card

• Current (or ability to obtain) First Aid, CPR & Asthma qualifications

• Good understanding of the Early Years Quality Framework

• Sound knowledge of current Regulation and Accreditation guidelines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment

• A passion for children
