About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Pharmacy Intern to join our team at our North Caringbah location. This is a full-time internship, ideally starting in December/ January concluding once supervised hours have been achieved.

No weekend hours, four day week 8-6pm.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting pharmacists with the dispensing of medications, including receipt and accuracy checking.

• Vaccinations.

• Supporting full scope of practice services.

• Assisting with patient consultations.

• Contributing to the maintenance of a clean, safe and organised pharmacy environment- POS ordering and stock control.

• Deliveries - drivers licence essential.

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree (or equivalent accredited pharmacy programme)

• Strong attention to detail.

• Reliability and punctuality, with a willingness to take responsibility for assigned tasks

• Basic numeracy and IT skills

• A genuine interest in pharmacy practice and patient care
