Randstad is partnering with an award-winning property developer and builder with an impressive track record of delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across Australia. They are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join their Brisbane team.

The Role

Working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, you will take a lead role in the commercial and contractual management across multiple projects from post contract award through to final account, ensuring strong financial and contractual outcomes are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead subcontractor procurement, package letting and tender analysis
• Oversee subcontract agreements, variations, claims and final accounts
• Manage and mentor junior CA support where required
• Review and negotiate subcontractor claims and commercial correspondence
• Drive cost control, forecasting, reporting and project financial performance
• Maintain contract registers and ensure accurate project documentation
• Partner closely with the Project Manager to optimise commercial outcomes

Experience required

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator / Senior Contract Administrator within commercial construction
• Confident managing complex variations, claims and final accounts
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial acumen with a high level of attention to detail
• Experience with Procore or similar systems is highly regarded
