Final Trim Grader Operator - Remote Work Opportunities

Allan King & Sons Group are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Final Trim Grader Operator to join our team for current and upcoming remote work opportunities.

Our fleet includes CAT graders ranging from H to M Series, and we are looking for operators with a proven track record of delivering quality results in the civil construction industry.

Operators who demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, commitment to safe work practices and a positive attitude towards their work and colleagues will be highly regarded.

Requirements / Skills required:

• Experience with GPS and demonstrated final trim capabilities (Topcon highly advantagous)

• Current White Card

• Ability to communicate clearly and in a timely manner with Supervisors, Site Personnel and other team members to ensure works are not impacted.

• Great attitude towards work.

• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures

• Maintain and development of strong customer relationships

• Results-focused, self-motivated and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship

• Ability to complete machinery and truck daily pre-start inspections
