About the role
The Student Support Services team is dedicated to helping students achieve success throughout their learning journey. Through a range of wellbeing, engagement and support services, the team works to create positive outcomes for students, employers and the wider community.
The Coordinator Apprentice & Trainee Success contributes to improved apprenticeship and traineeship completion outcomes by providing targeted support, guidance and early intervention services to apprentices, trainees and employers across Central Regional TAFE. You will act as a central point of contact, building strong relationships with employers, identifying risks to successful completion and connecting apprentices and trainees with the support they need to thrive.
To be successful in this role you will have experience supporting individuals to overcome barriers to participation or success, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to build productive relationships that deliver positive outcomes for apprentices, trainees and employers.
Suitability Requirements and Eligibility

To be considered eligible for employment, you must possess current and valid Australian work rights, such as Australian citizenship, permanent residency or an appropriate working visa. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
You must also hold, or have the ability to obtain, a Department of Education Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and a Working with Children (WWC) Card. Appointment will be subject to the satisfactory completion of any mandatory pre-employment screening requirements.
