About the RoleWe are expanding our Remote Services team and are seeking multiple Remote Desktop Support Technicians to join our Adelaide-based operations. You will be supporting major government clients, delivering high-quality remote desktop support in a fast-paced, enterprise Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDo you believe that you can:• Provide remote desktop support to end users, including executive-level staff, using remote access tools.• Deliver high-quality IT support to resolve incidents and fulfill service requests.• Priorities and manage new support tickets and existing work orders efficiently.• Accurately document service details, time logs, and job notes in the ticketing system.• Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and task-specific timeframes.
Skills & Experience RequiredYou’ll thrive in this role if you have:• Proven experience in Level 1/2 IT support, preferably in an MSP or enterprise environment.• Familiarity with basic hardware, Windows OS, and remote troubleshooting tools.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• A customer-first mindset with a professional and courteous approach.• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.• Strong time management and organisational skills.• A collaborative team spirit and a proactive attitude.• Ability to pass background checks including National Police Check and employment screening.• Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
