Junior Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support the development and continuous improvement of our recruitment platform. Working closely with the Operations, Sales and Engineering teams, you will help translate business requirements into product features, coordinate development, and ensure solutions effectively support recruitment workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering new product features.

• Gather, document, and prioritise business and user requirements.

• Prepare clear product requirements and user stories for the engineering team.

• Coordinate with developers throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Participate in feature testing, quality assurance, and product acceptance before release.

• Track product issues, user feedback, and enhancement requests.

• Assist with product documentation and release notes.

• Work closely with the Operations team to understand recruitment workflows and identify opportunities for product improvements.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).

• Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

• Experience with digital products, SaaS platforms, business analysis, or product coordination is an advantage.

• Experience in recruitment, staffing, executive search, labour hire, or other recruitment-related industries is highly desirable but not essential.
