You’ll work in partnership with your Head Coach, to keep our Back of House functions running seamlessly. In addition, you will create an environment in which your employees can excel personally and professionally. What You Bring

Your passion for the Nike brandYour experience leading a large team in retail, with experience across stock management, logistics, rostering, development, and coachingYour ability to build, lead and manage large, high-performing teamsYour strong strategic, problem solving, and influencing skillsYour ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environmentYour strong written and verbal communication skillsYour computer proficiency

You will work with a dedicated and committed team of Athletes, Coaches and Senior Leaders who strive to provide a customer experience second to none!

Join Nike as the newest Assistant Head Coach – Operations, where you'll will work on a rotating roster, where some weekend work is expected. Due to the nature of our rotating roster, we are unable to consider your application if there are regular days (or parts of days) that you are unable to work.
