Customer Service and Administration Officer

FleetCrew is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our friendly team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is keen to learn and wants to build a career in a growing business.

FleetCrew is a family-owned vehicle rental company specialising in 4WDs for industries including mining, construction and tourism.

The role

You’ll work across customer service, vehicle operations and administration, with plenty of variety in your day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers collecting and returning hire vehicles

• Conducting pre-hire vehicle checks and completing condition reports

• Professionally handing vehicles over to customers

• Preparing customer invoices and completing general administration

• Entering and processing supplier invoices

• Moving 4WD vehicles between our workshops

• Providing administrative support to our mechanical team

• Helping the wider team keep our fleet running efficiently

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is friendly, confident and enjoys helping customers

• Has a positive and professional manner

• Is reliable, punctual and ready to get involved

• Works well in a team and pays close attention to detail

• Can think on their feet and find practical solutions

• Is self-motivated, optimistic and willing to learn

• Holds a current manual driver’s licence

Previous customer service or administration experience would be helpful, but attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are equally important.
