Casual Advanced & Cert III Early Childcare Educator

Lachlan Children's Services are looking to recruit Casual Advanced Early Childhood Educators & Casual Cert III Early Childhood Educators!

This casual opportunity assists in building and maintaining positive relationships with children, families and staff members. You will also contribute to the educational program under the direction of the Educational Leader & Coordinator to provide a high quality program for all children. These position work across services such as; mobile, pre-school, after school care, vacation care & other activities that arise from time to time.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care
• A valid Working with Children Check clearance
• Knowledge & understanding of Early Years Learning Framework
• Child Protection Training Accreditation
• Current First Aid Certificate (including Anaphylaxis training)
• A Class C Drivers Licence
• Sound ability to use Microsoft applications (e.g. Word and Outlook)
• To actively support and promote the safety, rights, and well-being of children and young people

What We Offer

Salary and Conditions:

• The salary range for Casual Advanced Early Childcare Educator $39.39 to $42.34 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading)
• The salary range for Casual Cert III Early Childcare Educator $36.72 to $39.51 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading)
• Starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
• Position classified at Grade 4 & 6 within Council's Salary Structure
• Employment is under the Local Government (State) Award
• Employer superannuation contribution of 12%
