An established real estate office in Southport is seeking an experienced Sales Agent who is ready to build a long-term career within a high-performing and supportive environment.

You will be joining a well-established business with strong market recognition, proven systems, experienced leadership and the operational support required to help you focus on building relationships, creating opportunities and growing your profile across the Gold Coast.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for developing and managing your own pipeline, building relationships with local property owners and guiding clients through the complete sales process.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Prospecting and developing new business opportunities• Conducting property appraisals and listing presentations• Managing vendors throughout the sales campaign• Negotiating offers and securing successful outcomes• Building long-term relationships within the local community• Maintaining consistent communication and database activity
We are seeking someone who:
• Has previous residential real estate sales experience• Holds a current Queensland real estate registration or licence• Is confident communicating with property owners and buyers• Has a proven commitment to prospecting and business development• Understands the importance of follow-up, structure and accountability• Is professional, resilient and motivated to continue developing
You do not need to arrive with an enormous personal database. However, you must be prepared to consistently complete the activities required to build one.
