Office Manager

Location: BOORAGOON, WA

Salary: $80,001 - $100,000

Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position

• Assist in the planning and reviewing the office services,
• Assess priorities and office service standards and evaluate deadlines.
• Distribute human resources, workspace, and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage staff and monitor their performance to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Manage office records and accounts, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Liaise with management to coordinate office business and resolve issues.
• Oversee office facilities, ensuring buildings and equipment are properly maintained.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
• Ensure office compliance with relevant legislation, company policies, and procedures.
• Organise recruitment, performance review, payroll processing, staff training, and supervision.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required

• Relevant Australian qualification or Overseas equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 year of experience in the industry as an office management or senior administrative role.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Sound knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements and office compliance procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and manage deadlines in a busy environment.
