With multiple positions available, this is an opportunity to join a high-performing team responsible for delivering complex, mission-critical infrastructure that will support future digital growth across Australia.The RolesAs a result of continued project expansion, our client is recruiting for six leadership positions across two critical functions within the program. These roles will play a pivotal part in ensuring successful project delivery, operational readiness and long-term infrastructure performance.Data Centre ManagerThe Data Centre Manager will act as the client's senior site representative, providing leadership across project delivery, stakeholder coordination, milestone readiness, quality oversight and operational handover within a major hyperscale Data Centre environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day project delivery activities across multiple stakeholders and delivery partnersMonitor project progress, milestone readiness and critical dependenciesCoordinate activities across engineering, commissioning, operations and project teamsManage risks, actions and issue resolution throughout the delivery lifecycleValidate readiness for testing, commissioning and operational handoverProvide project reporting, governance support and executive stakeholder communicationsMEP Systems Integration ManagerThe MEP Systems Integration Manager will provide technical leadership across mechanical, electrical and associated infrastructure systems, ensuring successful integration, energisation, commissioning readiness and system turnover.Key ResponsibilitiesLead MEP systems integration and commissioning readiness activitiesMonitor installation quality against specifications and design requirementsCoordinate technical interfaces across electrical, mechanical and control systemsReview commissioning documentation and system completion statusIdentify and resolve technical dependencies impacting project milestonesSupport successful system turnover and operational readinessWhat Our Client RequiresEssential8+ years' experience in Data Centre delivery, engineering, commissioning, project management or systems integrationExperience delivering large-scale or hyperscale Data Centre projectsStrong stakeholder engagement, leadership and communication capabilityKnowledge of Australian WHS requirements and safety practicesWhite CardAustralian Citizens and Permanent Residents encouraged to applyHighly RegardedEngineering, Building Services or Project Management qualificationCertificate IV WHS or equivalentExperience managing energisation, commissioning and operational handoversExperience working across complex client, consultant and contractor environmentsExposure to mission-critical infrastructure environmentsBenefitsOpportunity to join a landmark hyperscale Data Centre programSenior leadership role with significant influence over project outcomesCollaborative, high-performing team environmentLong-term pipeline of major Data Centre projectsAttractive remuneration package availableStrong career growth opportunities within the critical infrastructure sectorTalented, committed and can-do individuals are the cornerstone of successful project delivery.
